With over 13 years of experience in software engineering, Omar has made significant contributions to numerous high-profile projects, specializing in backend, frontend, and database optimization. His extensive experience working at companies like Procter & Gamble, EPAM, Thomson & Reuters, and CoreLogic building scalable systems, ensures he is well-equipped to support our forward-thinking initiatives.

We're excited to have Omar with us during this important time. As we prepare to roll out V3 of the platform, his skills will be key in getting this major project off the ground. His knack for handling complex systems and spotting issues before they arise will be vital as we tackle this exciting challenge.

Focus on V3 Development

Omar will be leading the charge in building our much-anticipated V3. This move is a big step up for us, promising a setup that's both flexible and strong. We're putting together this new version to bring in new features that will meet what we need now and what we aim for down the road.

Chris's Continuing Role

Chris will remain our Chief Technology Officer (CTO), a role where he's already made a huge impact. He has been with us from the beginning and has been key in helping us achieve major milestones. Chris will keep steering the company’s tech direction, ensuring our future goals align with what we can achieve technically.

In this new setup, Chris and Omar will work together to blend their skills. Chris brings a lot of know-how and big-picture thinking, while Omar focuses on the nuts and bolts of engineering. This teamwork is all about creating a shared vision for our platform, bringing everyone on the same page and working smoothly together.

Chris will be focusing on big-picture plans and building connections outside the company, while Omar will dive into the details of our everyday tech tasks. This setup plays to each of their strengths, helping us create a place where creative ideas and smooth execution go hand in hand.
